The appointment reminder system is abusive to patients. Multiple texts, emails, voice messages (both automated and live) all confirmed the appointment, but they continued to remind me anyway. It's beyond harassment! Then My Chart sent a questionnaire which asked the same questions I was asked when I physically checked in. I'm considering changing Drs just to avoid your technology abuse.

No complaints. Dr. Verrill always answers all my questions.

I've been with this practice for over [...] years starting with Dr. [...]. When Dr. [...] retired I transitioned to Dr. Verrill. The transition was seamless. The Dr.s and staff have always been efficient, courteous and meticulous about my questions, needs or concerns. I would most definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Verrill.

This doctor and staff are wonderful working with special needs adult. They are patient, explaining what they need to do prior to their exam. Highly recommend Dr. Verrill and staff.

The doctor has rejected me since I would not use statins. I made 20 dollars of copies of NIH studies on new methodology for caring for hearts and he glanced at the and discarded it, saying it was disproven Chinese medicine. It was American peer reviewed medicine on fermented soybeans. The second study was a 35 year study on 40k Europeans showing all cause mortality was better judged by glucose levels than cholesterol. He just dismissed any new advancements in his field as if I was challenging him instead of working with him. He refused to do a calcium CT to see if my levels had improved. Refused to share the study showing the effectiveness of statins. Very disappointing.

This office could not receive test results I wanted to send them because their fax machine was not working for several days. Also the TV's in this facility had been turned off by management order and it was obvious a lot of patient seating furniture had been removed.

Dr. Verrill has a special talent making people comfortable and provides information and support with ease. His staff is supportive and have great skill in connecting with patients putting them at high level of comfortability.

I would like to say that you , Beaumont and any other secret service agency are "out of line when asking these questions! The paper work they have to do and your insistence to put more people through the turnstiles are unethical and unwarranted!

I was very anxious prior to seeing Dr. Thomas V. He had such a calming demeanor that I completely relaxed after a few minutes during my visit. My Blood Pressure dropped dramatically during the visit. He also gave me good information and confidence that I could deal with my problem. He recommended a path forward and I will follow that path.

I was reassured by Dr. Verrill that my crisis and high blood pressure, especially the diastolic over 100, was of no concern because the test results showed that my heart was doing just fine. So, I was pleased to know, that I didn't have to worry about high blood pressure

Absolutely amazing staff and doctors

Dr. Verrill is fantastic. I switched to him a few years ago after my cardiologist retired via a recommendation and I'm glad that I did. He's very welcoming, he's very straightforward, he is personable, you know, which is I think rare in cardiologist. So I would always highly rec recommend him and I often do.
