Silly deck. So, yes, the Myojin doesn't come with a Divinity counter if you cast it from Command zone. However, Clones of it do get the counter. So the idea is: This deck has a lot of "Clone" type cards. You cast the general, Clone it (with a Divinity counter), legend rule out the original, then "chain" Clones by removing Divinity counters and keep refilling your hand. Eventually you get to Mind Over Matter, Mirror Gallery, or (my favorite card) Homarid Spawning Bed (to make tons of tokens). I don't heavily protect the combo (basically no counterspells), to make the deck feel less cheap.
